Ingredients

2 oz Vida Caña 9 Year Rum
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 egg white (optional)
.5 oz Red Wine

Garnish
None
Method
Shake first 4 ingredients together with ice, then strain into glass over fresh ice. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon so the wine floats on top of the drink.
