Black Walnut Rum Fashioned

Ingredients

2 oz Vida Caña 8 Year Rum
.25 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Black Walnut Bitters

Garnish

Orange peel
Luxardo cherry

Method

Add simple syrup and bitters to glass, fill with ice and stir. Add rum and stir for 30 seconds. Pour over large cube of ice.
