Each year, we gather some of the best bourbon, rye, sherry, and scotch barrels from retailers and distilleries and finish age our gold medal award winning Panama 18 year rum, or our Andean Blend 8 year rum for 6-18 months ranging from 80 to 130 proof.

We are proud to add additional cycles of aging to all the barrels we receive and extend their life and purpose.
