1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 oz Blackberry Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
splash of grenadine
.5 oz Vida Caña 8 year (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, pour into an ice filled hurricane or pint glass.
Float with .5 oz of 8 Year (optional).
Garnish with fruit.

Add to ice in a blender or shaker. Can be served frozen or on the rocks.

Topo Chico
Stir first four ingredients and pour over ice. Top with Topo Chico.

In a shaker, muddle blueberries, mint, and simple sugar. Add rum, lime juice and ice and shake well. Strain into a glass. Garnish with mint and blueberries.

1 egg white (optional)
.5 oz Red Wine
Add rum, lemon, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into shaker with ice, shake until well chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon so the wine floats on top of the drink.

.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice, strain, and pour over ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Combine cinnamon and sugar in a wide bowl. Rub the rim of the glass with lime and dip in cinnamon sugar mix. Add rum, lemon, orange curacao and simple syrup in shaker with ice, strain and pour over ice. Garnish with an orange peel

3 Dashes of Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients in a shaker of ice. Shake and strain into chilled coupe.

.25 oz Orange Curacao
2 Dashes of Grenadine
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

1 tsp Dolfi Cassis
1/2 tsp Cointreau
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
Mix ingredients together in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour strained over chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh orange zest.

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Stir and pour over ice.
Garnish with orange zest.

Fill a glass with ice. Add rum, falernum, lime juice and bitters and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

3 Dashes of Angostrua Bitters
Splash of Club Soda
Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, grenadine and bitters to shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glass over crushed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig.

2 Dashes of Black Walnut Bitters
Add simple syrup and bitters to glass, fill with ice and stir. Add rum and stir for 30 seconds. Pour over large cube of ice. Garnish with orange peel and/or Luxardo cherry.
